Hi, I’m JP Kocot, the creator and maker behind Candles By JP!

I am 20 years old and currently a sophomore in college studying Criminal Justice at the University of New Haven.

I’ve always loved candles and the warmth, comfort, and cozy feeling they can bring into a home. I started this business because I wanted to create something that others could enjoy just as much as I do.

Every candle is handcrafted by me, from start to finish. I take pride in putting care and attention into every detail, including the handwritten designs and messages on each mason jar. No two candles are exactly alike, which is part of what makes each one special.

This is a true one-person business, and I personally handle every part of the process. From creating each candle to adding the finishing touches, I put my time, creativity, and passion into every order.
